The Wendell Falls Community Association Board of Directors will be meeting in the Farmhouse on Thursday, March 7th, at 3:00 PM. While the meeting is open to the residents of Wendell Falls to attend, you may submit questions ahead of time using the button below. These questions will be answered first during an open section of the meeting. Minutes will be posted at a later date.

New Life at Wendell Falls Facebook Page

We are excited to introduce the new Life at Wendell Falls Association Facebook Page for online community and lifestyle updates. This new platform will allow us to improve and streamline communications in our community, and you can expect to see community event information and recaps, photos, and community reminders! A Facebook page also allows us to share office hours, community contact information, the office address, website link, and more. Farmhouse Cafe

Due to upgrades being made, the Farmhouse Cafe will be temporarily closed from Monday, February 26th, until Wednesday, February 28th.

The Farmhouse Playground

We are happy to announce that the new swing set will be installed during the week of March 18th. More information will be provided as we get closer to that date.

Fitness Center

It has come to our attention that the exterior entrance to the fitness center is not working correctly. While we work to fix this issue, we will maintain the door unlocked during HOA business hours.

On Tuesday, February 27, Kaline Soper, Health Education Specialist at WakeMed will share valuable information on how you can make positive changes to improve your overall health.

Stop by the Atlas Nomads food truck at Grove Park on Tuesday, February 27, from 5 to 7 PM, to enjoy their delicious Mediterranean food.

We are excited to announce that this year, we will be introducing our first Little Leprechauns Color Fun Run as part of our St. Paddy's Day Dash event! This race will feature a short course around the farmhouse featuring fun colored powder. Participants are encouraged to wear white clothes that they don't mind getting messy so that they end the event covered in color! Due to the short distance, this event is geared towards children, but anyone is welcome to participate.

Our St. Paddy's Day 5K is quickly approaching! This green-tastic race is the perfect opportunity for people of all ages to celebrate the holiday while getting outside and having fun. This year, there will be live music, beer, crafts for the kiddos, and more!

Mark your calendars! Our annual Egg-stravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, March 16th, from 11 AM - 1 PM. The eggs will be scattered outside of the Lakeside Pavilion and the event lawn. Please do not search for any eggs inside the Farmhouse. We will have staggered times for each of the 4 age groups:

Group 1: Ages 2 & Under

Group 2: Ages 3 - Kindergarten

Group 3: 1st- 3rd grade

Group 4: 4th - 6th grade

We will have face painting, a balloon twister, and a flower pot activity led by Myatt Landscaping, as well as a special guest that will be making an appearance.
