Update from the Developer

Brookfield has been working with Duke Energy to finalize the streetlight installation in the newer development area surrounding Wendell Valley Boulevard. Although there is not yet an estimated timeline of completion on this project, please be assured that this is a very high priority. Brookfield will continue to update the community as more information becomes available from Duke Energy.

Trash Cans and Can'ts

Please remember to store your garbage cans inside your garage unless you have a DRC-approved trash enclosure. Even if your cans are feeling social, they should not be visible from the street, tucked between homes, or peeking out in the alleys from either direction. If they can be seen, they need a new hiding spot!

Let’s keep our beautiful community looking clean and tidy by keeping those trash cans out of sight. Your cooperation goes a long way in maintaining the charm of Wendell Falls.

Additionally, the Town of Wendell has provided an updated document for clarity on garbage, recycling, and yard waste pickup. Please check it out below!
