Open Board Meeting | Thursday, March 7th

The Wendell Falls Community Association Board of Directors will be meeting in the Farmhouse on Thursday, March 7th, at 3:00 PM. While the meeting is open to the residents of Wendell Falls to attend, you may submit questions ahead of time using the button below. These questions will be answered first during an open section of the meeting. Minutes will be posted at a later date.

Farmhouse Café

We're happy to announce that The Farmhouse Café will be open this afternoon starting at 5 PM. We hope to see you there!

Fitness Center

We are excited to announce that this year, we will be introducing our first Little Leprechauns Color Fun Run as part of our St. Paddy's Day Dash event! This race will feature a short course around the farmhouse featuring fun colored powder. Participants are encouraged to wear white clothes that they don't mind getting messy so that they end the event covered in color! Due to the short distance, this event is geared towards children, but anyone is welcome to participate.

Our St. Paddy's Day 5K is quickly approaching! This green-tastic race is the perfect opportunity for people of all ages to celebrate the holiday while getting outside and having fun. This year, there will be live music, beer, crafts for the kiddos, and more!



Don't miss it! Registration is $30 for residents and $35 for guests, and you can register online at the link below.

Our annual Egg-stravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, March 16th, from 11 AM - 1 PM. The eggs will be scattered outside of the Lakeside Pavilion and the event lawn. Please do not search for any eggs inside the Farmhouse. We will have staggered times for each of the 4 age groups:

Group 1: Ages 2 & Under

Group 2: Ages 3 - Kindergarten

Group 3: 1st- 3rd grade

Group 4: 4th - 6th grade

We will have face painting, a balloon twister, and a flower pot activity led by Myatt Landscaping, as well as a special guest who will be making an appearance.

The Presti Pizza food truck will be at Sunset Park on March 6, from 5 to 7:00 PM.

Check out the the various specialty pizzas they have to offer!

The Japp's Chop Shop food truck will be at Grove Park on March 8 from 5 to 7:30 PM.

They will have everything from BBQ to Seafood!

The Cousins Maine Lobster food truck will be at Sunset Park on March 26, from 5 to 7:30 PM, serving up some delicious food for dinner!

The Eastern Wake Senior Center is hosting a Fish Fry Fundraiser on March 22 from 3 to 7:00 PM. All proceeds go to support programs and services offered at the senior center.
