Pet Pick up Reminder - Proper Petiquette
As a friendly reminder please pick up after your pet while you are enjoying the trails. There are various pet stations set throughout the community. A dog map station will be published on the website soon.

Community Association Board Meeting
Join us for the March Community Association Board Meeting at the Farmhouse in the Raleigh Room on Thursday, March 17th at 2 pm. Please submit questions in advance to Steve Waring at swaring@ccmcnet.com.

Payment Information - Mailing Update
Coupon booklets (March-December) will be issued and mailed today, Friday, March 3/11 with this payment options sheet. Wendell Falls residents should receive new coupon booklets next week. You can utilize these to make payments moving forward. You can still drop off payments at the association office in the farmhouse during business hours.

Once Chris begins full-time at Wendell Falls he will be reaching out to each of our club and group chairs to connect and learn about our partnerships. We look forward to expanding your resident life through exciting social programs.

St. Paddy's Day Dash 5k
When: Sunday, March 13th at 2 pm

The Wendell Falls Community Association will be hosting a St. Paddy’s Day Dash 5k on March 13th, 2022! Costumes are highly encouraged! Make sure to dress to impress in your most festive green and gold attire...Prizes will be given for the fastest runners, there will also be awards for the best-dressed! 
Sailboat Regatta
When: Saturday, April 9th

The Triangle Model Yacht Club will once again be hosting their model sailboat regatta at the pond behind the Farmhouse on Saturday, April 9th. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. followed by a skippers meeting for the participants at 9 a.m., and the racing will commence at 9:20 a.m.
