Reminder: Gym Etiquette

Adhering to proper gym etiquette ensures that everyone has a positive and productive gym experience. As a friendly reminder, after you’ve finished with your weights or machine, please wipe them all down so the next person can use them. Additionally, putting weights back on the rack shows respect for the equipment and everyone else who uses them. Lastly, ensure you dress appropriately and invest in good-quality shoes that will support your workouts. Thank you for your support in maintaining our facilities.
