Jessica Stovall, the new community manager, will be officially on-site starting Monday, April 18th. Jessica brings years of experience in the industry and will be your point of contact for all HOA-related questions. Once Jessica has settled into her new role, regular site inspections will begin starting on May 1st. Please prepare your properties now to avoid potential fines!

CCMC offers various payment options as the video above explained, including direct debit which is withdrawn from your account on the 6th of the month. If the 6th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be withdrawn on the following business day. See here for those payment options.

The Wendell Falls marketing team is looking for residents to participate in a lifestyle photo and video shoot. These photos will be used in future marketing materials to advertise the spirit of our community, highlighting amenities, homes, and the growing commercial areas. We are interested in a variety of talent and all types of family formations to celebrate the diversity at Wendell Falls. We need a few four-legged residents as well.

Residents will need to be available the first week of June (week of 6/6/22) to participate. The photoshoot will take place over two days, with exact dates TBD.

We would like to invite you and your little ones to join us TOMORROW for an Easter egg hunt! The eggs will be scattered outside of the Farmhouse on the event lawn and surrounding the outside of the building (except for the pool). Please do not search for any eggs inside the Farmhouse!

Earth Day is among us again and Mother Nature needs some attention! Please feel free to join Chris on April 22nd between 10 am and 1 pm as he hits various areas around the community to collect trash to beautify your home!

We have partnered with The Junkluggers, a local company dedicated to repurposing unwanted items and garbage with a very eco-friendly focus. Please bring your bag of collected garbage/items to the Farmhouse at 1 pm where they will have a truck waiting to collect all of those items to sort through and dispose of accordingly for you.

After checking out the community, we decided to focus our efforts on Rocky Falls Park by the waterfalls in Phase 1, so if you would like to join us there you are welcome to. You are also welcome to forge your own path and touch up other areas in the community as you please, and can bring your collected garbage to the Farmhouse afterward.

When: Saturday, April 30

It's time to do some spring cleaning! We would like to invite everyone to participate in a community-wide yard sale on April 30th from 9 am until 12 pm. The Junkluggers, who will also be assisting with the Earth Day Cleanup, will bring their truck out to drive the community and collect all unwanted items. So if at 12 pm you are left with those items, please leave them at the end of your driveway for them to drive through and collect. However, they are limited to one truckload of items, so if they have not collected your items by later that afternoon, they were unable to collect them from you!

Your HOA office will promote the yard sale through various means including signage, local groups, and organizations, and online sources to ensure the best turnout for you.

The Farmhouse Cafe would like to announce their new “Spring” themed menu. This menu will be a new addition to the dinner menu and will run through the rest of April from 5-9 pm every day (excluding Sundays). Every month they will be offering an exclusive, themed menu in addition to what they already offer for dinner.

Also as a reminder, the Farmhouse Cafe will be closed on April 17th in observance of the Easter holiday.
