This hands-on session will explore shapes through mosaic art using stickers - great for developing fine motor skills. Kids will also work together on a patterned wall and a Van Gogh-inspired group mosaic, boosting teamwork and visual-spatial reasoning. Read and Feed is an after-school literacy program that provides free tutoring, books, and healthy meals to students who struggle with their reading skills. R&F tutors make a BIG difference in the lives of our students. No prior teaching experience is required to be a tutor, only a willingness to give kids an appetite for reading! Tutoring is a 75-90 minute, once a week commitment at Lake Myra Elementary.
