This 60 minute vinyasa class will begin with a short mediation. Participants can expect to hold poses for 2-7 breaths, both seated and standing. Though weight bearing poses will be taught, modifications will be offered! All level adults should feel encouraged and empowered to attend. The class will end with an 8 minute Savasana. She will offer two time slots: 4:30-5:30pm or 6:00-7:00pm. Click Register below to sign up for class times.

A Wendell Falls resident exclusive Ribs class from 10:00am - 1:00pm at Grillbillies. The current rate is $79.00 per person, but the Wendell Falls resident rate would be $59.00 per person. As always, the class would end with all participants being fed a lunch of ribs and two sides. This class will be hosted at Grillbillies,
