Transition & Payment Information

All, we know the transition of management has been a process for you as residents, we certainly feel it as well! We just want to assure you that we are here to help and we are working hard at getting everything up to speed. The video below explains the payment methods CCMC offers and how to get set up for success!

Also as a reminder, issues with your HOA dues will not result in any late fees as we are still transitioning. We're happy to continue to help clear up any questions or concerns you may have, so please reach out by phone, email, or don't hesitate to stop by the HOA office at the Farmhouse Monday-Friday between 10-6 pm.

Fence Staining Requirements

Please keep in mind that the rules and regulations in the DRC guidelines state that fences must be stained. We understand there is a small cure period once a fence is completed before it is ready to be stained, we just want to remind all residents to stay on top of their contractors to ensure this is completed in a timely manner.

Street Parking

This is your friendly reminder that street parking is not allowed in the community and your vehicle will be at risk of ticketing or possible towing. See here for the entire parking policy.

Pool Professionals Job

Our pool company is still seeking to hire lifeguard positions for Wendell Falls this summer. See more information in this flyer or call 919-787-7878.

Financial Facts

If you set up reoccurring payments through your own bank account, they were drafted by the previous management company. We will receive them after the 31st. All account information should be posted by April 15th. If you notice any discrepancies after the 15th, please reach out to the HOA office at 919-374-7282.

Did you know you can set up direct payment for your HOA dues?

CCMC offers various payment options as the video above explained, including direct debit which is withdrawn from your account on the 6th of the month. If the 6th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be withdrawn on the following business day. See here for those payment options.

Wendell Falls Lifestyle Survey

I am excited to launch a robust spring and summer calendar of events at Wendell Falls, but before I do we would like to hear from you. Please take this short programming survey so we can see the variety of families that make up Wendell Falls. As with any survey we send keep in mind that the ideas and input received are not guaranteed to take place at Wendell Falls, as many components are taken into consideration such as the budget and liability concerns.

As we are close to completing the transition there may be some events or programs that were held by the previous team. We have worked to accommodate some however we hope you will be happy with the new calendar. We are in the process of updating all of the calendar components on the resident website and additional communications. Stay tuned to next week's newsletter for an updated community calendar.

House Plant Hippie Pop-Up Shop

When: Saturday, April 9th

Details:

Houseplant Happy is returning to Wendell Falls to set up shop tomorrow from 10 am until 2 pm just in time for spring! Come to check out their selection of gorgeous plants as well as learn more about their services.

Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 16th

Details:

We would like to invite you and your little ones to join us on April 16th for an Easter egg hunt! We didn't want to let the holiday pass by without having a good old-fashioned Easter egg hunt. With the recent transition and arrival of Chris in the lifestyle role, we weren't able to secure much for the event, but we wanted to do a little something nonetheless. The eggs will be scattered all around the Farmhouse and the surrounding amenities (except for the pool). More details may follow next week prior to the event.

Age 2 & under: 11-11:15 am.
Ages 2-6: 11:15 am - 11:30 pm.

Earth Day Cleanup

When: Friday, April 22nd

Details:

Earth Day is among us again and Mother Nature needs some attention! Please feel free to join Chris on April 22nd between 10 am and 1 pm as he hits various areas around the community to collect trash to beautify your home! Over the coming week, we will assess those areas and send out a map in next week's newsletter. We will start at the Farmhouse pavilion and start from there, dividing the areas in need among the participants at the event. We will provide the tools and garbage bags, you just need to bring sunscreen, a hat, and other means of protection. Please RSVP below to get an idea of how many tools to supply.

You are also welcome to forge your own path and join us in spirit! The purpose is to do our part however we can.

As a way of saying thank you, we would also like to invite you to stop by the Farmhouse for a beverage and snacks on us between 1-3 pm. We hope to see you there!

HOA Meet & Greet/ Happy Hour

Your CCMC management team would like to invite you all to a meet & greet happy hour event on April 25th from 5:30-6:30 pm in the Raleigh Room, located on the bottom floor of the Farmhouse Cafe next to the HOA offices.

Stop by for drinks and snacks on us and feel free to ask us any questions as we get to know each other!

Community Yard Sale

It's time to do some spring cleaning! We would like to invite everyone to participate in a community-wide yard sale on April 30th from 9 am until 12 pm.

Your HOA office will promote the yard sale through various means including signage, local groups, and organizations, and online sources to ensure the best turnout for you.

Sailboat Regatta

When: Saturday, April 9th

The Triangle Model Yacht Club will once again be hosting their model sailboat regatta at the pond behind the Farmhouse on Saturday, April 9^th. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. followed by a skippers meeting for the participants at 9 a.m., and the racing will commence at 9:20 a.m.

Farmhouse Spring Hours & Menu

The Farmhouse Cafe would like to announce their new “Spring” themed menu. This menu will be a new addition to the dinner menu and will run through the rest of April from 5-9 pm every day (excluding Sundays). Every month they will be offering an exclusive, themed menu in addition to what they already offer for dinner.

Also as a reminder, the Farmhouse Cafe will be closed on April 17th in observance of the Easter holiday.
