We're thrilled to announce our partnership with The Green Chair Project this year. When registering for the sale, consider donating items that meet their criteria to further support our community. The option to donate to them is available through the form. It's entirely optional, but your contributions can make a significant difference in helping to reduce waste by keeping items out of landfills.

Please note that due to limited resources, The Green Chair Project will select houses for pickup based on submissions. Following the May 10th cut-off date, you will receive an email notification indicating whether your home has been selected or not. If your home is chosen, please ensure your availability from 7 AM to 3:30 PM to facilitate the pickup of your items. Your cooperation in this timeframe is greatly appreciated. Kick off Memorial Day Weekend by joining us on Saturday, May 25th, from 11 AM to 1 PM!

Get ready for a foam-tastic and bubbly adventure as we start with foam fun from 11 AM to 12 PM, followed by bubble mania from 12 PM to 1 PM. Come in your bathing suits to enjoy the action behind the farmhouse by the pool. Brandy’s Catering Co. food truck will be serving wings, pulled pork and brisket sliders, alongside gourmet popsicles from Pop N Bubbles Co. and delicious ice cream from Mama Birds. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Join us for a Foster Care informational session hosted by The Bair Foundation. Learn about their 60-year history of providing foster care for children as well as the need for more foster parents in North Carolina.

Join us for live music from Miss Mini & The Sandman Band on June 8th from 5 PM-8 PM at the Lakeside Pavilion. Come hungry—Farmhouse Café will be serving up tasty eats and have cold beer on tap, or grab a bite beforehand at one of our Treelight Square restaurants. The music is free but it's BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair)!

The Japp's Chop Shop food truck will be at Sunset Park on May 10 from 5 to 7 PM.

They will have everything from BBQ sandwiches to ribs.

Blessed Dough Bites will be onsite at the Farmhouse Pool from 5:30 PM to 8 PM with their sweet treats. 

Chicken and Waffles will be at Grove Park from 5 to 7 PM serving different chicken sandwiches, wraps and fries!

The Cousins Maine Lobster food truck will be at Sunset Park on May 28, from 5 to 7:30 PM, serving up some delicious food for dinner!

Join us for a kids' fun run as part of JJ's Journey for a Cause! This free event, in partnership with the HOA, is for kids aged 5-12. Enjoy laps around the pond by the Farmhouse, with volunteers showering colorful powder along the route for a vibrant "color run" experience.

Spots are limited to 50 kids for safety and enjoyment. Check-in at our tents by the Farmhouse lawn at 8:45 AM, and the run will start at 9 AM. Don't miss out!

In November of last year, one of our Wendell Falls families faced tragedy when they unexpectedly lost their child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

On June 8, residents will celebrate JJ's life with a charity 5k where all proceeds will go to First Candle, an organization dedicated to research for SIDS and helping bereaved families.
