This 60-minute vinyasa class will begin with a short meditation. Participants can expect to hold poses for 2-7 breaths, both seated and standing. Though weight-bearing poses will be taught, modifications will be offered! All level adults should feel encouraged and empowered to attend. The class will end with an 8-minute Savasana
