We're excited to open up the pool for the summer starting TODAY! We would also like to announce that Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR) has been extended to 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday, from May 15 to June 5. Starting June 6, SAYOR hours during the week will return to 6 am - 9 am. You must submit a Release and Indemnity Agreement to the HOA office to participate. We would like to introduce you all to Judy Mann, our new administrative assistant and team member in the HOA office.

Judy is originally from New Jersey but has lived in North Carolina for two years now. Her favorite things about living in North Carolina are the wide-open spaces and the gorgeous mountains. She enjoys cooking, fishing, and she considers herself a wine aficionado!

Judy will be assisting us in helping the homeowners of Wendell Falls with any questions or concerns they may have, including document status requests, scheduling appointments with the community manager, account information, and more. Please stop by and extend a warm welcome to her next time you find yourself at the Farmhouse!

Fun In The Sun: Pool Opening Celebration

When: Friday, May 13

In honor of the pool opening up for the summer, we want to invite everyone out TODAY from 4 - 8 pm for a day to celebrate. There will also be some lawn games outside of the pool area and live music at the cafe starting at 6 pm.

Sunset Slush will be bringing out tasty treats to cool you down starting at 6 pm. They will be parked in the lot next to the pool area.

In November of last year, one of our Wendell Falls families faced tragedy when they unexpectedly lost their child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

On June 4, residents will celebrate JJ's life for a charity 5K where all proceeds will go to First Candle, an organization dedicated to research for SIDS and helping bereaved families.
