Community Pool Reminder

As a friendly reminder, please be mindful when opening the pool umbrellas. Do not overextend them past the grapeheart (the metal bracket inside the pole), as this can cause unnecessary damage over time.

Additionally, we kindly ask that all residents and guests be respectful of the lifeguards on duty. Their primary responsibility is to ensure everyone's safety, and your cooperation in following their guidance is greatly appreciated.

Call For Nominating Committee Candidates

The Board is looking for candidates that wish to be involved in the nomination process of potential Board member candidates. The nominating committee will consist of three (3) members and a current Board member acting as Chairman. You would be required, as a committee, to meet with and review potential candidates and submit your recommendations on the final candidate list to the Board of Directors.

The Nominating Committee selection process will take into consideration the following criteria:

1. Full member in good standing (no violations or past due accounts with the HOA).

2. Skills, abilities, and time to contribute to the association.

3. Leadership (i.e., team player; speak with one voice)

Finally, all committee members must disclose in writing any actual or potential conflicts of interest when determining candidates for the Board of Directors.

If you feel you meet the requirements and can contribute to the association, please click the button below and fill out the application form. Please return the completed form to the HOA offices located at the lower level of the Farmhouse or by email to ncorrell@ccmcnet.com no later than Thursday, July 10th.
