The pool will begin its normal hours of operation on Monday, June 6 at 10 am. Swim at your own risk (SAYOR) will then be moved back to 6 am - 9 am. SAYOR is for adults over the age of 18 ONLY. Violators will be asked to leave the pool and may face amenity access restrictions. See here for a copy of the schedule and additional pool rules.

If you have not received your access cards for fitness center and pool access, please fill out this form and submit it to the HOA office. Access cards may take up to 72 hours to be completed and a member of the HOA staff will contact you when they are ready to be picked up. Guest passes can be purchased for $50 for 10 punches. Residents are allowed to bring 5 guests per visit but they must present this pass to the pool attendants when arriving at the pool.

Using direct debit, your assessment payment will automatically be drafted from your bank account the month in which your payment is due. Please note that withdrawals occur on the 6th of the month (the next business day if the 6th falls on a weekend or holiday). To enroll in direct debit, please visit your residential web portal, log in, and select the E-Pay option to begin registration. You can also download the form here and send it to the email address on the back along with a scanned copy of a voided check. In November of last year, one of our Wendell Falls families faced tragedy when they unexpectedly lost their child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

On June 4, residents will celebrate JJ's life for a charity 5K where all proceeds will go to First Candle, an organization dedicated to research for SIDS and helping bereaved families.

This week's pool pop-up feature will once again be Sunset Slush due to popular demand! They will be serving up their classic Italian ice by the pool TODAY until 7 pm.

On June 17, Cinnabon will be bringing out their truck to serve up their delicious cinnamon rolls from 10 am - 12 pm.

Come out and grab a bite with some coffee and other tasty treats! You can see their menu items here, although items may vary on the day of the event.

This week we will have Item9 Pizza join us in the community on Tuesday, June 7 at Sunset Park from 5pm - 8pm. You can check out their menu here!

We are happy to announce the return of the annual golf cart parade for the 4th of July! Instead of just limiting it to golf carts, we encourage you to join in with your bikes, scooters, and motorcycles to deck them out in the spirit of the holiday!

We are still finalizing the details of this event but we wanted everyone to mark their calendars for July 3 at 4 pm in hopes of a good turnout.

The grand opening of the Wendell Museum is scheduled for Friday, June 17, with a flurry of activities surrounding the Wendell Historical Society project. The ribbon-cutting is set for 11 am with Mayor Ginna Gray and Peedie Edwards, society president, doing the honors. The museum is located at 122 W. Second Street, behind the Woman’s Club building. The public is invited to share in the excitement. Museum opening day hours will be from the 11 am ribbon-cutting until 9 pm. The night hours will be in conjunction with Meet on Main. Golf-cart shuttles will provide transportation to the museum from Main Street beginning at 5 p.m. Starting Saturday, June 18, regular museum hours will be Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday from 1 pm to 5 pm. Admission will be free.

Encore residents should reach out to the Wendell Falls HOA office to receive access cards to use the fitness center located in the Farmhouse. Encore residents are also able to purchase guest cards to use the pool at the Farmhouse. The guest cards cost $50 and contain 10 punches for themselves and up to 5 guests per visit. You can fill out the form here and bring it to the HOA office with the check.
