The Homeowner’s Association is happy to help with:
- New homeowner welcome packet and dues set-up
- Amenity access (Pool cards, guest punch cards, SAYOR forms, pool hours, gym access, fire pit instructions, etc.)
- Amenity rentals (Pricing and information relating to renting out the Lake Pavilion or Raleigh Room)
- Resident events and clubs
- DRC requests and submittals
- Maintenance of common areas, landscaping, or amenity equipment
- Parking or towing information
- Community rules, regulations, and guidelines
The Wendell Falls Information Center will help with general information for potential homebuyers regarding:
- Available new construction homes
- Community maps
- Tree light Square and The Collective information
