The Association office will be closing today (July 1) at 3pm. The office will also be closed all-day on Monday, July 4. We look forward to seeing you at the golf cart parade this Sunday (details below). The office will reopen for normal operations on Tuesday, July 5 at 10am.

Any emergencies during the office closure can be reported to our after hours number at 1-800-274-3165.

The use of firecrackers and fireworks are prohibited in Wendell Falls and the Town of Wendell per Town Ordinance. (Code 1969, § 10-5; Code 1986, § 130.12)

Encore residents should reach out to the Wendell Falls HOA office to receive access cards to use the fitness center located in the Farmhouse. Encore residents are also able to purchase guest cards to use the pool at the Farmhouse. The guest cards cost $50 and contain 10 punches for themselves and up to 5 guests per visit. You can fill out the form here and bring it to the HOA office with the check.

If you own a home in Encore at Wendell Falls, you have a customer support portal you can access for additional support, questions, and more that are specific to the Encore development. You can find that portal by clicking here or you can contact their customer service number at 877-672-2267.
