Introducing MaintainX Work Order System

We’re excited to introduce a new, easy-to-use tool to help keep Wendell Falls looking its best- MaintainX. Now, reporting a common area issue is as simple as scan, click, and submit.

How to Submit a Request:

  1. Scan the QR code displayed on community signage and provided in this communication, or visit this link.
  2. If utilizing the QR code, click the link that pops up on your screen.
  3. Follow the prompts to tell us what needs attention. You can even upload a photo of the issue to give us a clearer picture of what needs to be addressed.

All users will be asked to enter their email address so we can keep you updated on the status of your request.

A Few Friendly Reminders:

  • This system is for common area work orders only (such as parks, trails, open spaces, or amenities).
  • Please do not use this system for requests related to your personal property or lot.
  • If you encounter a life-threatening or emergency situation, please call 911 immediately.

We’re excited about this new tool and how it will help us serve you better while keeping our beautiful community in top shape. Thank you for being an engaged part of Wendell Falls!

Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the onsite team.

Lifestyle Director Transition

As of this week, Tracy Falzarano is no longer serving Wendell Falls as your Lifestyle Director, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors. We’re grateful for her contributions to our community and the positive impact she’s had on our events and programming.

CCMC is actively searching for a new Lifestyle Director to join our team. In the meantime, we want to assure you that our team is dedicated to ensuring that our community events continue during this transition.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to the exciting things to come!

Pet Ettiquette In Common Areas

We’ve received a few concerns about pet grooming in our common areas, especially when it comes to cleaning up afterward. While we love seeing your furry friends around, we want to remind everyone to be mindful of keeping our shared spaces clean.

If you’re taking care of your pet's fur, please be sure to clean up any mess or grooming materials. This helps ensure that our common areas remain clean, comfortable, and hygienic for everyone to enjoy. Let’s all pitch in to keep these spaces nice for everyone!
