Meet Jimmy Tshuma - Our New Financial Administrator!

We’re excited to welcome Jimmy Tshuma to the Wendell Falls team as our new on-site Financial Administrator! Jimmy brings a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers as he takes the lead in overseeing homeowner accounts and managing association financials.

Whether you have questions about your HOA dues, need help understanding your statement, or simply want to say hello, Jimmy is here to help! You can reach him directly at jtshuma@ccmcnet.com, call 919-374-7282, extension 40, or stop by the on-site office to meet him in person.

Fishing Reminder

We wanted to kindly remind everyone that casting fishing poles near or around the fountain is strictly prohibited. For the safety of our equipment and the community, fishing lines can cause damage to the fountain system, which could lead to costly repairs and disruptions.

We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping protect our shared spaces. Thank you for being mindful and keeping our community beautiful!

Wendell Falls is a No Solicitation Community

We’d like to remind everyone that Wendell Falls is a no-solicitation community. For the convenience of all residents, please do not remove any "No Solicitation" signs posted around the community. These signs help ensure that our neighborhood remains peaceful and secure for everyone.

Soccer Shots will be hosting their 2025 summer sessions on Wednesdays from June 25th - August 13th. This is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development.

Join us on Thursday, July 24th at 6 PM in the Raleigh Room for a hands-on Candle Workshop hosted by Soarbae! You'll be guided through the candle-making process from start to finish - melting soy wax, selecting a custom fragrance, and pouring your own one-of-a-kind candle. Each participant will receive an 8-oz vessel, pouring pitcher, cotton wick, and access to a variety of fragrance oils. Whether you're a candle lover or just looking for a fun night out, this workshop is a great way to relax, create, and take home a handmade keepsake. Registration closes on Wednesday, July 23.

Join us Saturday, July 26th from 12–2 PM behind the Farmhouse for a tropical afternoon of fun at our Summer Luau! Enjoy glitter tattoos, face painting, bubbles, yard games, and more. Join Southern Energy Management for an informative session on residential solar energy. Learn how solar panels work, what installation involves, and the potential benefits. The workshop will take place on Thursday, July 31st at 6 PM in the Raleigh Room. All are welcome - bring your questions!

Join us for a fun and energizing Outdoor Zumba Class on Saturday, August 9 at 9:30 AM behind The Farmhouse Café! This 50-minute class is perfect for all fitness levels and will have you moving to the beat in the fresh air. The class is $10 per person, and spots are limited, so be sure to register in advance. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!

Free chair aerobics classes are available at Central Baptist Church on Wendell Falls Parkway every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 AM. Just bring your resistance bands and light dumbbells. For more details, contact Ann Davis at 910-618-8626.
