This 60-minute vinyasa class will begin with a short meditation. Participants can expect to hold poses for 2-7 breaths, both seated and standing. Though weight-bearing poses will be taught, modifications will be offered! All level adults should feel encouraged and empowered to attend. The class will end with an 8-minute Savasana.

BYOB and let's have fun! If you are not participating in wine and design, you can still come to enjoy charcuterie, mingle and get some permanent jewelry from Jenna!
