Lawn Weed Control

Lately, we’ve noticed some lawns where weeds are being mowed over instead of treated, which impacts the overall curb appeal of the neighborhood. As a reminder, our landscaping guidelines ask homeowners to chemically treat their lawns at least twice a year, pull weeds as needed, apply pre-emergent crabgrass control in early spring, and apply broadleaf weed control in the summer.

A little extra care goes a long way in keeping our community beautiful. Thank you for doing your part!

Call for Candidates

The Board of Directors is expanding the number of class "A" member board seats from two to three homeowner representatives this year. In accordance with section 3.3(c) of the Bylaws, two homeowners will each serve a two-year term, and one homeowner will serve a one-year term. If you are interested in running for a position on the board, you must be the owner of a lot within Wendell Falls and be current on your HOA fees/assessments.
