We look forward to Cinema under the stars tonight. The Town of Wendell will host our movie and rumors are there will be a special guest. Bring the family and your lawn chair or blanket and lets get cozy.

Please remember that no glass containers are permitted within the fenced pool area. Please refer to our pool rules any questions. Pool Policy

Exterior modification clarification

As a reminder, any outside modification does require a DRC submittal. Additionally, we are seeing a lot of yard décor on front lawns and that is not permitted per the Design Guidelines. They are permitted in your backyard out of view to your neighbors. Please feel free to reach out with any questions for clarity.

Details: Whether you are boo-hooing or Yahooing back to school we want to celebrate you! We will kick off the first day of school for Wake County in the Raleigh room. Stop by and grab a mimosa or take one to-go and enjoy a bitter or sweet cry and drink on us!

WHY SHOULD I RSVP?

An RSVP may be asked for events and programs to assist in not only assuring residents a spot at the event/program, but to best prepare for purchasing supplies, assuring space availability, etc. Part of the assessment dollars and future sponsorships dollars are used to pay for programs and events. Therefore, it is important to not overspend whenever possible.
