Join us on Sunday, September 8th from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, for a 1 hour outdoor full being flow behind The Farmhouse Cafe. Bring your own mat, water and yoga props as you enjoy moving, breathing and connecting to your body, soul and spirit in nature and in community. 

Join us in the Raleigh room on Sunday, September 8, from 11 AM to 12 PM for a special Grandparents Day celebration! The activities will include a bracelet-making activity, a photo frame decorating craft and don't forget to enjoy some delicious cupcakes as we come together to celebrate and honor our amazing grandparents. Join Susie Davis, an Education Specialist at WakeMed Health and Hospitals, on Tuesday, September 17th, from 11 AM to 12 PM in the Raleigh Room. She will discuss essential fall prevention strategies, the importance of fitness, and the benefits of staying active for our bodies and overall well-being as we age.

Join us in the Raleigh room on Thursday, September 26 at 6 PM for an interactive and creative session hosted by Hammer and Stain Carolina. You'll have the chance to design your very own sign with a variety of design options to suit every taste and style. From rustic to modern, whimsical to elegant, the possibilities are endless. Join us on Saturday, September 28, at 9 AM at the Farmhouse Cafe! Start your day with a coffee or smoothie, and then let's explore one of the community's fantastic trails. Whether you walk, run, or bike, you're free to go at your own pace - everyone is welcome!

Join the Wendell Falls Women's Group on Sunday, September 29, from 6 to 8 PM at the Perch Pool clubhouse. Bring your favorite drink and, if you'd like, a small snack to share. This is a great opportunity to network and connect with your neighbors. We hope to see you there!

Join us for National Night Out on Tuesday, October 1st, from 5 to 7 PM at the lawn beside the Tobacco Barn for a fun-filled family event! We’re excited to welcome the Wendell Police Department and Firefighters as our special guests, highlighting the importance of building neighborhood camaraderie with our first responders. Enjoy activities like glitter and airbrush tattoos, inflatable games, a firefighter hat decorating station and fire truck demonstration for kids, delicious food from Chick-N-Que, and sweet treats from Kona Ice!

Join us on Tuesday, October 8th, at 6 PM for a festive fall ceramics workshop hosted by Hammer & Stain Carolina! Choose from a variety of seasonal projects, including Candy Corn Trees, Witches Bowls, Ceramic Pumpkins, and more. Don’t miss out—RSVP today to secure your spot! Registration closes on October 1st.

Get ready for a spine-chilling run through our community! Every participant will receive a medal, and post-race snacks will be available for purchase from the Farmhouse Café.

The Wendell Historical Society is hosting its 9th Annual Reverse Raffle on Thursday, September 19th, at the Wendell Community Center. The evening will include dinner, a silent auction, and a raffle. Join for a fun-filled night of community spirit and excitement!
