Hello friends,

It is with a heavy heart that we are cancelling our Donor Appreciation Luncheon, scheduled for Sunday, April 19th. We want to honor the CDC guidelines regarding large group gatherings, and we do not want to put anyone at risk in the current situation.

COVID-19 has changed a lot of things in the world and at the U of A, but it has not changed our gratitude for you. Even though we are ending the semester differently at Wesley than we had hoped, it has still been a sweet year in ministry walking with college students. Because of you, students have gathered weekly, in a variety of settings, to be in relationship with one another and to grow in Christ.

Our students continue to stay connected and to support each other through this difficult season. They are connected because there is a Wesley, and you make Wesley possible. Thank you for giving our students the gift of relationship – a gift that keeps giving even when we cannot gather them together in person.

I hope you will take time to watch the video above and hear from our students how much this faith community has meant them over the past year.

When we are prevented from being the body of Christ in the ways we are accustomed to, we realize just how precious, edifying and life-giving our connection with one another is. Know that you are precious to us and appreciated in every way.

Joining with you in hope and prayer for another fruitful year of reaching and discipling young adults in 2020-2021!
