Whimsical. Vibrant. Playful. Carefree. Colourful. Amusing!

(It is the fabric collection and not the editor that I'm describing!)

This collection embodies its name - Whimsy

You loved the last Jason Yenter lines we brought in so we are thrilled to offer his latest creation. Jason is known for bold, colourful designs. He is inspired by colour combinations - often those found in nature. He says he finds that nature rarely creates combinations that are not beautiful.

The fabrics in this collection are absolutely intriguing. The individuality of each design along with the intricate images within each piece is a visual treat! You’ll want to take a closer look for yourself!

We’ve made it easy, as we have layer cakes, charm packs, jelly rolls as well as fat

quarter and fat eighth bundles. There is a lovely variety of colourful prints, a few neutral prints and a couple that read as a solid. What whimsical creation will you make?

Class Information and more

From your beloved Editor ....

Have you looked at the new collection from Jason Yenter? Whimsical but with a hint of stately is how I would describe it. But I have no idea what I'm talking about so I would suggest you form your own opinion.

We have lots of classes planned for the first quarter of 2025. My suggestion for a class on Icelandic quilting headgear failed to gain any support from our teaching staff and my idea for a class on how to draw squares with a round ruler got me nothing but blank stares. Starting to feel under-appreciated.

Thanks to all the supporters of free-speech! Hope to see you in the shop soon.
