In 2022, the ABA RPTE Special Committee on Career Development & Wellness presented a three-part series of programs providing insights into effective and strategic public speaking. As part of that series, Partner Terrence Franklin joined a panel of trusts and estates attorneys who are nationally known as successful presenters to pull back the curtain on their processes, best practices, and tips and tricks for successful public speaking. Probate & Property published the discussion in the Nov/Dec 2022 issue.

Partner Meg Lodise is moderating the panel, “Be Overqualified, Not Overconfident! Hiring, Examining, and Being an Expert Witness,” at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) 2023 Annual Meeting being held March 1-5, 2023, in New Orleans.
