Don't miss your opportunity to join the influential Women in Cardiothoracic Surgery Committee!

The Women in Cardiothoracic Surgery Committee (WiCTS) is looking for two new enthusiastic members to join its pioneering committee and empower more women surgeons to take up leadership positions.

Committee members serve a three year-term. Two observer member posts are also available to serve a one-year term.

To apply, you must be an EACTS Member. Candidates can apply directly via the EACTS Members' Area. Please submit a cover letter and your CV.

Jolanda has led the new Changing Face of Leadership webinar series, coordinated multiple talks and networking activities at the EACTS Annual Meetings, alongside being a published author in EJCTS with her thought-provoking article, The impact of gender bias in cardiothoracic surgery in Europe: a European Society of Thoracic Surgeons and European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery survey.

We look forward to another year of fostering new, innovative opportunities for women surgeons across the globe.
