Newly redesigned website and newsletter
Changes made with efficient, effective communication in mind
To make better use of your time, we're providing a newly formatted newsletter just twice a month. Instead of sending a lengthy update, we're keeping it brief--we heard your feedback and we're going to use our website as a hub for information. will kept up to date and current as our go-to source for information.
Activities for Kids and Families
  • We'll have baggies with activity pages for kids to do during the service, and the packets include a family devotional-you can hang around after church (with other families) or bring it home for later.

  • Bring some recyclable containers or an unfinished wood feeder from Michaels, and stay after church on Sunday, Oct. 18th, to make them! We will also have popsicle sticks and glue for kid-friendly DIY feeders (see more ideas on our children's page). The feeders will be delivered to nursing homes in the area.  Thank you!
The men's group is getting back together for breakfast! All men are invited to the October men's breakfast which will be held on Saturday, October 17 at 8:30 AM at Dan Golbuff's garage & driveway (405 Hillcrest Dr, Polk City). Bring your lawn chair and an appetite for food, faith and fellowship!
Small groups are up and running, including bible study, a texting group, zoom groups, fitness groups, a group just for women & a group just for men!

We're investing in improved technology for a better online worship experience, as well as supplies for increased sanitation in our building.

Volunteers are needed at worship to greet, be the liturgist, and more. There are also slots to sign up to stock the Comet Cupboard. Plus, read the updates from the DMARC Food Pantry.
