"Lord Bones has ascended. God-Emperor Bones holds dominion over life and death. And belly rubs. We brewed this gigantic, mega-thick beast with double the creamy, hand-processed Madagascar vanilla beans and obliterated this beer with Citra, Galaxy, and Vic Secret - the largest dry-hop we’ve done to date. A bright tropical parfait aroma gives way to a thick, creamy mouthfeel with notes of cotton candy, pineapple upside down cake, mango dreamsicle, and papaya cream. God-Emperor Bones sits at long last upon the ancestral seat of his brethren. Bow before him."

"When exploring the French alps, we came across something we did not know exists. While hiking, Joel screamed “F*ck, that’s a Laser Raptor! I thought they went extinct thousands of years ago!” Little did we know, this Raptor was friendly. He had been outcasted decades ago and started his own brewery in Switzerland. After a few beers with this Raptor, we decided to do a collaboration and dedicate this beer after him! If you are wondering his name, it’s Jeff or El Jefe after a few beers."

"Epiphany was first brewed in 2014 to highlight the glorious flavors and aromas of hops, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and pine combining for a rich, juicy experience. At the time, there was no real name for what became known as "New England IPA". Instead, we were usually asked if Epiphany was more British-style, or West Coast style. "Neither really," we would respond, "We just call it our Maine IPA.""

"This Wild IPA combines Pilsner malt, wheat, and flaked oats with Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops in the boil. Open fermented in stainless steel with our house mixed culture, and then aged in neutral French oak puncheons for 16 months. After barrel aging, we dry hopped with whole leaf Cascade, Citra, and Mosaic. Our mixed culture keeps this beer tart, dry, and funky, while American hops contribute plenty of citrus and tropical notes."

"This easy drinking Farmhouse Ale was brewed with imported Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and fermented in stainless steel with one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains. After primary fermentation, the beer was transferred onto Oregon Marionberries and then aged in our French oak puncheons for 10 months. After barrel aging, we added a healthy dose of dark Belgian Candi syrup and naturally conditioned in the bottle. Fruity and slightly earthy with notes of blackberries, plums, and dates, this easy drinking Saison finishes with our signature funk and a touch of refreshing acidity."

After blending, the beer was conditioned on Darjeeling black tea leaves before bottle conditioning with local Orange Blossom Honey. Alley Oop combines Strata, Cashmere, El Dorado and Citra hops in the boil; we went Citra heavy here. For dry hopping we used Strata & Cashmere, two of our favorites right now.
