@humanrobotbeer constantly brings about new innovations in the world of lager. We teamed up on something we call West Coast Pilsner; a traditional European Pilsner that we expanded with a dry hop similar to new age West Coast IPA. For Expanse, we also brought additions of orange and lemon peel early on in the brewing process. Just enough pithy citrus the shine through Citra, Talus, and Simcoe dry hop additions, all on top of the traditional European canvas. 5%
