Triple Crossing - Tiny Pils
"An all-time staff favorite, our little pils makes a return in cans and on draft. As if gorgeously pale lager couldn’t possibly get any more approachable or enjoyable, here it is.
Easy on the ABV, but heavy on the heart, this one leans into the Saphir hop varietal. We notice white floral blossom, ciabatta bread, fresh cut grass, raw clover honey like malt depth, and a cleansing minerality. An absolute staple around these parts, this beer always feels like home."

"Brewed with 100% Epiphany Craft Malt, consisting of pils malt and a small portion of malted wheat. Hopped delicately in the kettle with German Saphir, lagered for weeks, and slowly carbonated without the use of a sintered stone for the utmost in fluffy meringue like head.
The result is an effortlessly consumable beverage, with subtle fruity notes and an extremely clean drinkability. We detect white grape, lemon-lime and freshly rising bread dough crust. This beer is Gluten Reduced."

"Our house DIPA, hopped extensively with one of our all-time favorite and earliest hop combinations: Simcoe and Mosaic. The familial connection between these two varietals, while inherently interesting, seems to offer something more than the sum of the parts, especially in the context of our characterful yet cohesive house ale yeast.
A classic offering from us, we find notes of ripe orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, lightly floral mango tones with that classic, complimentary fresh-cut danker pine finish."

"Our Trendler Kölsch, a Kölsch-Style Lagerbier, is an extremely simple beer brewed in the image of the provincial beers of Cologne, Germany. Composed of 100% German base malts and a restrained hop bill of all Hallertau Mittelfrüh, it's fermented on the warmer side of the Lager spectrum with a yeast derived from one of the better-known Kölsch breweries and cold conditioned for 3 weeks before packaging. This one has been swirling around our collective unconscious for a long time, and our staff are SUPER excited to see it become a reality.
