Nepenthe - Prototype W36
"One of our favorite collaboration beers to date, we are thrilled to have Nepenthe Prototype W36 West Coast IPA available here now, both on the shelves and on tap! 
 
Inspiration for this one began months ago, with a mutual love for Sierra Nevada’s Celebration ale, which the malt bill of this one closely resembles: deep orange-red in color, chewy, round and bright. Things take a turn with the hops however, while still leaning heavily on some classic C’s (Columbus and Chinook), we juiced it up with Triumph, Mosaic Incognito and Simcoe Cryo for a medley of peach, citrus and dank greenery. Smooth, mellow and gently bitter throughout.
