Sapwood Cellars - Front Porch Swing

"This beer was inspired by the feeling of sitting on a front porch swing in summer, sipping peach-flavored ice tea. We leaned into the underlying peach and apricot aromatics of the hops (Vista and Southern Cross) with a delicate addition of peach-flavored tea. The tea itself adds herbal notes helping to balance the fruity aromatics. The finish balances the sweetness of the pale malt, juiciness of the hops, and richness of the tea leaves."

Sapwood Cellars - Cloud Cottage

"Cloud Palace was the first DIPA we ever canned... think of Cloud Cottage as its little brother! We dry hopped it with equal parts Citra, Citra Cryo®, Simcoe, and Simcoe Cryo® to provide big mango and citrus aromatics just like the original! The result is a balance of tropical juice and resin, with a touch of stone fruit thanks to our house English ale strain."

Sapwood Cellars - Scooped

"A pastry stout for the summer! Inspired by the classic Strawberry-Chocolate-Vanilla Neapolitan ice cream combo we added strawberry juice concentrate, vanilla beans, and cacao nibs! The base is a little sweet and sticky... just like eating a couple scoops on a warm summer evening."

Sapwood Cellars - Divided Rye

"Collab with Ocelot Brewing

Adrien was a big fan of a West Coast Rye IPA recipe on Mike's homebrewing blog (The Mad Fermentationist). This is a riff on that, but updated with everything we've each learned over our 20 years of combined professional brewing experience! We used Chinook extract and Columbus Cryo in the kettle for 120 IBUs of West Coast bitterness. A touch of Mosaic Quantum Brite in the tank for saturated hop flavor. Finally we dry hopped with our selected Freestyle Nelson Sauvin for tropical fruit and diesel aromatics!"

Elder Pine - Grodziskie

"Historical beer style that is nearly impossible to find outside of Poland. Brewed with 100% oak smoked wheat malt, moderately hopped with European noble hops and highly carbonated to provide a refreshing effervescence. Oak smoked wheat is the mildest smoked malt available so the smoke level of Grodziskie is very restrained compared to other smoked beers."

Foam - Canvas

"A blank canvas is something that has motivated us and excited us since day one. The idea that we can create something from nothing, and make it our own. This beer was brewed true to our style. Maintaining a strong, aromatic hop character and a rich flavor profile, it is perfect to toss in your bag for a hike up Camel’s Hump, a day at Oakledge, or a day skinning up Mansfield.

We hope to brew this beer on a semi regular basis and have it present for the events we like to participate in and sponsor in the community. Art shows, concerts, fundraisers. The can has a completely blank side to it, for its drinker to do with what they please. Paint on it, draw on it, write your name, make a cartoon, or, leave it blank. Do what you want with it, it’s your canvas. But please, enjoy it."

Mast Landing - Beneath the Waves

"Brewed with one of North America’s premier hop-forward breweries, Beneath the Waves is built around a massive dose of Motueka hops, Motueka Cryo, and Motueka Hyperboost, alongside El Dorado and Citra Cryo. This hazy Double IPA bursts with bright notes of key lime, grapefruit juice, and orange peel, layered with waves of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, mango, and pink guava. A generous addition of oats creates an incredibly soft, fluffy mouthfeel and smooth, pillowy finish.

This collaboration symbolizes the friendships and shared passion that endure through even the most uncontrollable waves.

Port City - German Pilsner

"Looking to Germany for inspiration, our German Pilsner is drier and blonder than the classic Bohemian-style pilsner. Brewed with pilsner malt and Noble hops, German Pilsner has a floral and spicy aroma with flavors of lightly sweet malt, finishing firm and dry on the palate. This refreshing pilsner is served in the “Keller” style, meaning unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Beauty in simplicity, as this two malt and three hop lager won a gold medal at the 2019 GABF® in the Kellerbier/Zwickelbier category."

Brasserie de la Senne - Bruxellensis

"Here it is!! Our latest baby, of which we are very proud: the BRUXELLENSIS, 4 months bottle refermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast.

Amber colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruits), sustained by hop flavors and complex notes of old leather. In spite of its 6,5%, its dry and bitter finish makes it a surprising thirst-quencher."

"Swirling clouds tumble as the storm begins to calm. Settle. Breathe in the moment, then break through the smooth, light head to the bittersweet reward.

Unmistakeably GUINNESS, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.

Pure beauty. Pure GUINNESS."
