It’s an IPA fermented with a blend of English Ale and Hefeweizen strains, then double-dry-hopped with Cashmere. Sweeter than our typical IPAs with a tropical aroma of lemongrass and candy."

Together they provide an intense aroma of green pineapple, melon, and grapefruit. 50% of our 6 lbs per barrel triple-dry-hopping was with Citra and Mosaic Cryo. Yakima Chief creates Cryo by removing half of the green hop material. The name comes from chilling with liquid nitrogen to prevent the aromatic oils from volatilizing. The result is the equivalent of 9 lbs per barrel of dry hopping and one of our most aromatic TIPAs!"
