Our SF besties at Cellarmaker concocted this Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere driven IPA combined with big oat doses and a pinch of milk sugar to make some juicy, creamy nectar.
Imperial IPA with Burial Beer and Bearded Iris. We wanted to get together and brew a beer with our friends at Beaded Iris and Burial to celebrate our DC opening. It just so happens that they are both also opening new locations in the near future. To celebrate we thought we'd drop this Fresh Digs series, one at each location, as we all open up new spots over the next year. Our version is packed with Citra and experimental hop HBC630. Keep an eye out for Burial's and Bearded Iris' versions in the future.
Imperial IPA with The Veil Brewing. We are super pumped to brew another collab with our good buddies from Richmond. Ultimate Technique is our madman attempt to squeeze even more hop character into a beer. Hopped 8 different times including in the mash and in the brite tank with two of our favorite NZ hops, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin.
Undoubtedly our most loved in the dual hop series. Clean malt bill and tons of awesome Citra and Galaxy hops. Double dry hopped with even more Galaxy and Citra Cryo.
Double Dry Hopped Green Down to the Socks is hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, XJA (a South African experimental hop), and Cascade. Then we slam it with another dry hop addition.
