Brewed with a touch of honey malt, and hopped with a medley of Centennial, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. Well balanced, but still properly bitter for the style. Loaded with piney/resiny goodnees and a touch of citrus. To me, this beer is a nostalgia trip that brings me back to drinking some of the early east coast IPAs that paved the way for our current market.

Big notes of juicy tropical fruit, papaya, kumquat, and dank green tones are rounded out by a soft finish. The Space Jellyfish roams its alien landscape tonight.

This one's for that friend who always pushes you out of your comfort zone because they don't have one. Do whatever. Whenever.

Dipping back into the experimentation with yeast strains and the profiles they create, we bring you Shifting Tides. For V1 we used our tried and true house ale strain and put it up for a nice classic side-by-side with Coastal Haze ale strain in V2. For the dry-hop we went all New Zealand with a blend of Motueka, Wai-iti, and Nelson. This beer has big flavorful tropical notes, with very subtle differences between the two versions of yeast strains.

a Blueberry Plum Mead and the second in our Fall Book of Nomad Mead Series, gives us serious black light velvet poster vibes. One of the reasons why we love Beastly Hollows so much is because the first sip is like biting into a ripe plum. The plum's astringent/ mouth puckering flesh attacks the back corners of the jaw and tongue, kickstarting the mouth to salivate, followed by semi-sweet waves of Blueberry Compote, Red Fruit-By-The-Foot, and Chambord Liqueur notes. Made with New York apples, Blueberry, Plum, Wildflower Honey, Beastly Hollows pours purply-pink, is gluten-free

Restraint and Balance. Those are the keys highlighted in this beer. She Said Yes is a carefully crafted blonde ale brewed with lactose, dry-hopped with El Dorado, then conditioned on a light amount of Strawberries. Each ingredient restrained, and used in proper amounts to not drown out the other, only serving to highlight each layer. This all comes together to display the true purpose of how this beer came to be. Originally brewed to celebrate Marcus and his wife Kristy's nuptials, this beer instantly became a special memory amongst friends and family celebrating that night. We now share this memory every year with our extended Cushwa family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The flavors of this Gose interpretation is really interesting because there is tons of pine needle aroma in the nose and then on the palate followed by the traditional sourness/spiceness/saltiness of a Gose. This beer exemplies a very nice balance between the pineness and sourness.
