Bandit, named after our mischievous polish hen on the farm, is the fourth release in our Chicken Coop series for 2020. This full-flavored and juicy IPA pours hazy gold and is crowned by a firm white head. An abundance of wheat and flaked oats in the malt bill result in a pillowy mouthfeel. Dry hops of El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Amarillo bring aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, pear, stonefruit, and citrus.

Brewed with local Orinoco Coffee and available just in time for fall, Manor Risin' is named for the idyllic sunrises that start our day on the farm. This robust caffeinated brew pours jet black with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate and fresh ground coffee foreshadow the rich and slightly sweet chocolate flavors that are balanced by a familiar coffee bitterness.

Restraint and Balance. Those are the keys highlighted in this beer. She Said Yes is a carefully crafted blonde ale brewed with lactose, dry-hopped with El Dorado, then conditioned on a light amount of Strawberries. Each ingredient restrained, and used in proper amounts to not drown out the other, only serving to highlight each layer. This all comes together to display the true purpose of how this beer came to be. Originally brewed to celebrate Marcus and his wife Kristy's nuptials, this beer instantly became a special memory amongst friends and family celebrating that night. We now share this memory every year with our extended Cushwa family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Hazy, soft, dank, and juicy. Big orange and melon citrus notes in the aroma followed by back end bitterness to balance it out. Enjoy this juice bomb kiddos!

This West Coast Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Chambersburg, PA, GearHouse Brewing company. For the beer we wanted to do an old school West Coast, while mixing in some new age hop varietals and products. The hop combination consists of Strata, Simcoe Cryo, and Chinook to create the perfect blend of old school and new school. On the taste you get hit upfront with a smooth sea of resinous, dank tangerine, and then a nice easing bitterness to balance the flavor profile out. This beer pours with a bright clarity. This is an ideal beer to share with friends, in the same manner we shared the experience in creating this with GearHouse.

Starting a business requires a high degree of optimism, and sometimes, a certain disconnectedness from reality. Early on, one of Silver Branch's founders was fondly nicknamed "Delusional Optimist" by his colleagues for the accuracy of his time estimates. We named this hazy IPA in his honor-and it only took twice as long as it was predicted it would take! Made with Citra "incognito" hop concentrates, Sabro Cryohops and Grüngeist and Hallertau Blanc, this beer will make you feel eternally optimistic!

Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You'll really feel saturated by all the hops. Delicious.

With its dark amber color, the refreshing lightness of Slow Chill Dunkel sneaks up on you like the first chilly fall morning.

It takes a long time to plant, raise, pick, slice, clean and roast 3,000 lbs. of local PA pumpkins. But come fall, Master of Pumpkins takes shape and suits the season just so. Subtly spiced with cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg, this is a pumpkin beer that's worth the wait.

Northern Hemisphere drops you into a hop field, the beer's profound flavor like strolling under the lush canopy. This year, we picked Centennial hops at their peak, rushing the harvest into our brew kettles the very same day to make a wet hop IPA loaded with notes of citrus blossom, rose, and pine.

The flavors of this Gose interpretation is really interesting because there is tons of pine needle aroma in the nose and then on the palate followed by the traditional sourness/spiceness/saltiness of a Gose. This beer exemplies a very nice balance between the pineness and sourness.

Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you're ready for the next sip. Energy Equals is a companion beer to MC². It completes the equation. We start with MC² as a base and incorporate the well received process we like to refer to as the 'Energy Dry Hop' which gives this beer an intense brightness and flavor. Energy Equals has enhanced flavor characteristics of mango, pineapple, citrus, and apricot. With the new technique in place, we notice a much deeper flavor profile while being extremely bright and lighter in body. It's extremely crushable with our EQ juice finish.

We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. Wavelength pours bright yellow with aromas of citrus and stone fruit with crushable flavors of mango and berry with a light refreshing finish.

The brightest star in the constellation Aquila, Altair, is also known as the Eagle star. Located 16.7 light years from Earth, it's the 12th brightest start in the night sky and it is one of the closest stars visible to the naked eye. Following up on our first beer with Horus, Aquila; we scaled things up to a TIPA using our SOTL process. We started off with a heavy wheat base paired with an intense whirlpool of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado with a dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, and our favorite crop of Galaxy yet. Altair pours a hazy and vivid yellow and has an aroma of citrus, pear, fruit cocktail, and papaya. The flavor is blended pear, orange, mango, papaya, and ripe melon; repharased: Five Alive juice drink with a grassy lime component that pops with each sip. This beer is soft and delicate for is size and our rainbow melon #EQjuice finish is waiting for you. It's an easy drinker and will have you seeing stars quickly. Please enjoy responsibly while you gaze into the night sky tonight
