Imperial Fruited Saison fermented with an insane amount of pineapple, curuba, and naranjilla. Curuba, also known as "banana passionfruit", tastes like a cross between navel orange & passionfruit with traces of nutmeg & clove. Naranjilla is very sour and tastes like a cross between pineapple & lemon. These three tropical fruits combined with our house saison yeast produced a truly magical beer.

This Prism utilizes the same simple grist and classic Belgian yeast strain, and is dry-hopped with German-grown Mandarina Bavaria and Spalt. This beer reminds us of peeling an orange by the pool in July, black pepper Wheathins, humid bike rides to the Botanical Gardens, and taking a shower after mowing the grass.

With our Cide Project #1, we decided on the Northern Spy varietal. Northern Spy is most famously known as the baking apple that we would use to make a damn fine pie. The cider has huge notes of butterscotch and caramel with hints of baking spices and a crisp, dry finish.
