Saison fermented with Curuba, a South American fruit also known as "Banana Passion Fruit". Curuba is a very unique fruit that tastes like a cross between navel orange & passion fruit with a touch of nutmeg & clove spiciness. You Can Get With That, our latest double IPA offering, presents our concerted effort to utilize different hop combinations in order to provide unique flavor experiences. Dense waves of orange, pineapple, mango, and a slight underpinning of coconut wash over the palate, due to a prodigious dry hop of Citra, Citra Cryo, Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Sabro Cryo. Beautifully balanced by a grist comprised of 2-row, wheat, and oats, You Can Get With That drinks full-bodied but never wears on the palate.

We bring to you a new DIPA, with ultra-smooth drinkability, yet still packs a strong hop punch. In this beer we used our favorite hop, Mosaic, and blended it with two new to us hops in Bru-1 and Topaz. This hop combination, and experimenting with temperatures during the brew process, has helped blend way to a tropical aroma, with a taste that follows in sweet tropical notes. This beer has a lush, soft mouthfeel and we hope you enjoy it fresh!

Brewed traditionally to the German style, this beer pours straw yellow in color, with a bright clearness to it. The flavor is crisp and refined, while also still being balanced out with enough German hop characteristics and bitterness to leave you wanting more sips.

Doomed by a love of pitch-black Porters and our Allagash House Beer, we summoned the recipe for Haunted House. Roasted Barley and Blackprinz malt curse this beer with a gravely dark hue. Hopped with Tettnang, Chinook, and Saaz hops, this beer ends with a ghost of coffee-flavored bitterness and hauntingly complex malty palate.

A fractal is something simple at the core yet can produce wonderful and amazingly complex results. This beer only has pale malt and a single hop, Galaxy. Investigating how different hops manifest through our processes allows us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. This beer utilizes our newest Aussie Galaxy crop making this simple yet complex beer a batch favorite. Fractal Galaxy pours a resinous-hazy-yellow releasing complex aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and grass. Flavors of sweet orange, ripe passionfruit, and peach lead into a highly resinous but juicy and creamy mouthfeel. The medley of characteristics makes the name "Fractal Galaxy" warranted indeed.

"You know what would be fun? C Lime Pie!" That was the text we got from our Henry Street Head Brewer, OG Kyle, recently and we went with it. C Lime Pie is our pale ale, C, dry hopped with 2020 Motueka and then pastrified into the classic dessert, Key Lime Pie. Starting off with our pale ale we added Cake Mix, Lime, Vanilla, and Lactose. C Lime Pie pours a vibrant yellow with notes of lime and fluffy cake. The flavors is a mix of fruity hops, vanilla, yellow cake, and a refreshing lime finish all wrapped up in a very creamy but light body that you won't feel guilty about. This beer is fun and crushable!

Collaboration with Other Half. Dreamwave Inception takes Dreamwave Fluctuation's hop bill of Citra and Galaxy and adds Motueka and Enigma along with a ton of flaked oats and a touch of lactose. Dreamwave Inception pours a hazy bright tangerine yellow and explodes with notes of citrus and stone fruit. Its flavors are orange tang, papaya, peach sorbet, and bright berry with a touch of lime and white grape juice. Juicy notes morph into a creamy finish and a pleasant balanced bitterness. Loaded with #EQjuice, this beer is the product of a fun day in the lab with our tie-dyed lab coats.

Collaboration with Other Half. This aggressively hopped galaxy and citra forward triple uses oats and lactose to match Other Half's Dream treatment and creates a scaled up and dangerously drinkable version of its predecessor. Dream Wave Distortion pours a hazy tangerine color. It has big aromas of passion fruit, melon, peach, cream, and pineapple with a matching flavor profile. Utilizing some of our latest techniques, this triple is lethally smooth with a bright, luscious, and creamy sorbet #EQjuice finish.

Looking to Germany for inspiration, our German Pilsner is drier and blonder than the classic Bohemian-style pilsner. Brewed with pilsner malt and Noble hops, German Pilsner has a floral and spicy aroma with flavors of lightly sweet malt, finishing firm and dry on the palate. This refreshing pilsner is served in the "Keller" style, meaning unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Beauty in simplicity, as this two malt and three hop lager won a gold medal at the 2019 GABF® in the Kellerbier/Zwickelbier category.

Something different. Something new. Or something old? We spent six weeks carefully ushering our first lager into existence and the result is this lovely, bright, refreshing thirst quencher. A simple base of pilsner, corn, and carapils paired with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Blanc in the kettle and dry hop. Crisp and crackery with a bright, lemony finish. Crystal clear and solidly crushable. This beer is for finding those sublime final moments of summer and squeezing every drop of joy out of them.

Bright Wizard is the first in a short series of beers inspired by Mylard Wizard! The beers will get increasingly bigger and this is our lightest entry - coming in at a crushable 6.8% and hopped with Citra, Comet, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. The flavors will come across extremely bright as the base beer is written to provide some heft to carry the hops but not get in the way flavor-wise at all.

Brewed with Hopkins Farm 2-row and corn, Inverness Chinook hops and Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7, Azacca and Citra hops and fermented with Norweigan Espe yeast. Sessionable and hoppy with a touch of Norweigan farmhouse.
