This was our first time adding vanilla to a sour and it won't be our last. In Awe of: Tangerine Vanilla is oozing orange creamsicle vibes. It's mostly sour citrus with a little vanilla on the nose but the flavor is full blown melted creamsicle.

lack Lager aged in our American Oak Lagering Foeder for 6 months. Empyreal Radiance is the first beer to be aged in our heavily toasted oak foeder that had bourbon recirculated through the CIP spray ball for 7 days to rehydrate the wood before aging beer. Expect notes of toasted American oak, warming vanilla, and traces of whiskey complexities under a mailliard-heavy maltiness with very refined roasted characters of baker's chocolate & dark caramel, specifically riesen candies. As it warms, chocolate covered espresso beans & dark dried fruit present themselves delightfully.

Brewed with high protein grains for a soft & creamy mouthfeel and irresponsibly hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Sultana.
The Simcoe produces an insane level of sappiness while the Citra & Sultana bring ripe pineapple chunks, gummy peach rings, and tropical starburst to the party.

Respond React | React Respond takes the dry hopping schedule from Special Lady Friend, swaps a healthy amount of Simcoe Cryo for Mosaic Cryo, and applies it to a grain bill with a much higher proportion of flaked oats. As a result, the nose and palate burst with a heady combination of peach rings and ruby red grapefruit, with underlying suggestions of passionfruit. Expect a mouthfeel that is both unequivocally smooth and medium-bodied

At Cushwa there has been an ongoing exploration in process, ingredients, and techniques to try and push the envelope of what we can provide in the way of hoppy beers to our customers. High Hopes is fermented with our House Ale yeast strain. We decided to showcase HBC-472 hops while also using its sister hop Sabro to bring out even more of the coconut, and tropical aromas and flavors found in the hop. Then added a touch of Citra to help round out the flavor profile. We hope you enjoy this beer, and our passion to keep a constant evolution in our line of hoppy beers. The Price of Dreams is the same grist and hop bill but fermented with London Fog Yeast.

Collaboration with Evil Twin. We took one of our most hoppy TIPA recipes and switched up the hops a bit. We used Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Sabro, Amarillo, and Belma before adding a balanced dose of Marshmallow.  Even Less Balanced pours hazy tangerine color with a sweet vanilla and frosted mango nose. The flavor is a tropical fruit blast with a creamy but balanced flavor of vanilla orange cake and marshmallow fluff. A light bitterness rounds out any sweetness and the non-detectable ABV will have you Even Less Balanced in no time.

A fractal is something simple at the core yet can produce wonderful and amazingly complex results. This beer only has pale malt and a single hop, Galaxy. Investigating how different hops manifest through our processes allows us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. This beer utilizes our newest Aussie Galaxy crop making this simple yet complex beer a batch favorite. Fractal Galaxy pours a resinous-hazy-yellow releasing complex aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and grass. Flavors of sweet orange, ripe passionfruit, and peach lead into a highly resinous but juicy and creamy mouthfeel. The medley of characteristics makes the name "Fractal Galaxy" warranted indeed.

We took Photon, upped the ABV to 5.5%, and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series with a citra forward Hop bill. The result is an intensely hopped but low ABV crushable American Pale Ale. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of dank apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits and hop resins. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel with a disappearing finish that has made this the new go to pale ale for the Equilibrium crew

Ever since 1818 we have brewed our bottom-fermented Oktoberfest Bier during Oktoberfest - Germany's favourite Oktoberfest beer and a true institution in Munich. The glass is full of October sunshine, strong and golden. The perfect balance of a light taste of hops and a strong note of malt. A feast of a beer, which always goes down well. This beer is only brewed for the Oktoberfest. That's where it belongs, along with all the fun of the fair like the Ferris wheel and roasted almonds.
