    Union - Foxy
Northern Native American tribes believed that the Red Fox was a wise and noble messenger. Other tribes saw her as a dangerous prankster. Foxy Red IPA is a bit of both. This sly girl creeps out of her den when the night air gets just a little chill and the Autumn leaves begin to turn. Don't be fooled by the color as Centennial & Columbus hops, bursting with their piney and fruity resins, combine with this rich, red ale to create a perfect balance of juicy hops and bready malt to usher you gently into the colder months. This seasonal IPA won't be around long, so catch her if you can.

        Nepenthe - Lost Paradigm
Something different. Something new. Or something old? We spent six weeks carefully ushering our first lager into existence and the result is this lovely, bright, refreshing thirst quencher. A simple base of pilsner, corn, and carapils paired with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Blanc in the kettle and dry hop. Crisp and crackery with a bright, lemony finish. Crystal clear and solidly crushable. This beer is for finding those sublime final moments of summer and squeezing every drop of joy out of them.

A citrusy crusher with some heft. This easy drinker is built on a sturdy base of wheat, 2-row, and a touch of crystal and honey malts. Thoughtfully hopped with Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin. Fresh orange rind, white wine, and juicy grapefruit dominate the palate while the wheat forward malt ensemble creates a lovely smooth landing. The perfect beer for late summer star gazing. Some of those stars are long dead. Don't think too hard about it.

Bright Wizard is the first in a short series of beers inspired by Mylard Wizard! The beers will get increasingly bigger and this is our lightest entry - coming in at a crushable 6.8% and hopped with Citra, Comet, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. The flavors will come across extremely bright as the base beer is written to provide some heft to carry the hops but not get in the way flavor-wise at all.

This beer is hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops. The aroma is super bright with notes of peaches and white wine grapes. The flavor is very tropical with Papaya and Passion Fruit. We kept this plenty bitter to balance the sweetness of the malt and the fruitiness of the hops.

For this release we decided to take the same DIPA recipe, same grain, same hop bill, and experiment with how different yeast strains can change characteristics of beer. Version 1 uses our house ale strain, found in all of our IPA's and DIPA's. Version 2 uses London Fog yeast, another ale strain. These two separate strains created two beers that, while largely similar in aroma and flavor profile, have very subtle differences that can be pulled out in the mouthfeel and finish of the beer. We hope you enjoy these beers, and our willingness to experiment and try new things to be able to bring to you the best product we can, cheers!

Resided in Heaven Hill barrels for nine months, extracting notes of toasted coconut and picking up a nip of alcoholic warmth. The barrel aged beer was then back blended with fresh wheat beer and re-fermented with Montmorency cherry juice. Ever so slightly sweetening the whole deal.

You know what sunshine makes us think of? Tacos. You know what tacos make us think of? Margaritas. So, we made a tart wheat beer, added kaffir lime leaf, key lime, orange, and pink Himalayan salt. All it's missing is the two hour wait for the Big Star Patio. And tacos.

New from Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and its offshoot Chico Fermentation Project, comes something strainge..... Strainge Beast Hard Kombucha starts with tea leaves and water, but it's no mellow cup of herbs. Through a fermentation frenzy-a thrashing culture of bacteria and yeast-it emerges bright and bubbly, winning taste buds with a refreshing tang. Hard kombucha takes a second round of fermentation creating alcohol, and adding depth to an enchanting brew.

A classic Belgian style beer, Grisette is an often forgotten cousin of the Saison with lower alcohol. Brewed with a ton of spelt & wheat for a soft & zingy body and fermented dry with an expressive Belgian yeast, we added just enough honeysuckle to lend a floral note that brings it all together. A refreshing, easy little beer for Summer.

This Hazy IPA is brewed with Strata, Comet, and Galaxy to give it a cosmic aroma and flavor. We added coriander during fermentation to give the beer an even bigger citrus nose with notes of fresh pear, pineapple, and a hint of sandalwood. A soft, wavy malt body lays down the base and allows the hops to be the star of this beer. Mild fruitiness in the taste, with an earthy after-note of freshly clipped spruce tips
