St. John’s School Band Program
Dear future band parent/guardian,
Last week you received an email message about the many music opportunities available to students at St. John’s School (a copy of that e-mail message is available: https://conta.cc/2oDjrRQ ).
We would like to highlight this week the opportunity for 4th-8th Grade Students at St. John’s to participate in Walther School Instrumental Program. Founded over 40 years ago with the mission of developing children’s God-given abilities to be used to His glory. This program strives to create not only outstanding musicians, but well-rounded students and willing servants of the Lord. Today we serve 14 parochial schools in the Chicagoland area. Students in the program have gone on to be top performers in all-state events in high school, major in various areas of music in college, including performance, education, composition, theory, and business, pursue their advanced degrees in music, and teach music.
