What's in a Tagline?

A tagline is a short phrase that captures a company's brand essence, personality, and positioning, and distinguishes the company from its competitors. Taglines are long-lasting, instantly recognizable with your brand and have the goal of both attracting customers & remaining top of mind with your existing audience.

Have an idea? We still need your input – make your suggestion now.

We’re excited to launch the availability of Delivery Notifications to our valued GMES customers. Aside from the many benefits of signing up for delivery notifications via email and /or text, customers also have a chance to win something. It’s easy! Each customer who signs up for delivery notifications gets a chance to win a Pit Boss Grill.

That’s right! We have TWO Pit Boss Grills up for grabs!! One for the salesperson who gets the most signups between March 1 and April 30, and another for a randomly chosen customer from all the signups.

Be sure to communicate this new capability and promotion with your customers. Click here to download and share the flyer with them. And, if you haven’t done so already, make sure you take the internal trainings about these notifications.

Seasonal Health Reminder!

In addition to the usual winter colds and flu, we are still deciphering and learning how to manage COVID-19 and its variants, which tend to favor cold weather. The following are some reminders and resources to help you reduce the risk of cold-related illness, injury, and hazards and enjoy a comfortable, healthy winter.

Know and practice preventive basics:

  1. Keep hands and surfaces clean.
  2. Don’t touch your nose, mouth, and eyes without your hands being clean.
  3. Cough or sneeze into your elbow, not into your hand.
  4. Eat a balanced diet.
  5. Talk to your health practitioner about supplements or other recommendations to boost the immune system.
  6. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
  7. Get plenty of sleep to keep the body’s defenses strong.
  8. If you feel sick or have a fever, try to stay home to prevent the spread of illness.

A GMES Community

The Community feature in Paylocity lets you communicate with other employees who may not have a GMES email, work in another branch, or who work remotely. This is very similar to a social media platform! Stay connected by using Community or for important announcements or attachments from HR or Management.

This feature is similar to Bucketlist where you can share fun and appropriate accomplishments and inspire other employees. This is also Mobile friendly if you have the Paylocity App. You will be able to access announcements or attachments on-the-go!

People Directory

Check out Paylocity's Directory that shows employees locations, job titles, their supervisors, and contact information!

To access this, go to the Community Tab > People Tab

Phone List

Do you know where you can access the updated phone list that comes out every month?

Aside from the email notification, you can access the phone list in Paylocity under the Self-Service Portal.

Another location you can find a copy of the updated phone list is on SharePoint. It is located under the Documents Tab.

You can also access a copy by clicking this button below.
