One participant in the classes, a current resident of One SAFE Place who completed the Etsy Craft Entrepreneurship Program was deeply moved by what she learned. She described her experience in expanding her own creativity and learning how to turn that into self sustaining business skills as life changing…
“The Making Opportunities Program reminded me that whatever I will to happen will happen and that knowledge is power. As a survivor of domestic violence and a single mother of two children under two, this was a profound realization. The five week course for Etsy business success was not just directly beneficial to my entrepreneurial giving efforts but also to my sense of self; the class was empowering to my soul to remember that what I create is valuable.”
The Redding Fashion Alliance expressed great pride and gratitude in the early stages of the ongoing full service project to get these motivated women back on the road to self confidence and independence…
“By giving them a place to be that was safe and provided a routine for the duration of the program, we marveled at their increased confidence. “
The Redding Fashion Alliance will be having an annual fundraising event on September 7, 2019.
