BRIGHT Workshop + What's Next!

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining us for the BRIGHT Workshop! We truly appreciate you taking the time to participate and contribute to meaningful conversations around our shared work and chronic disease. Your engagement and insights help strengthen the BRIGHT Coalition and the communities we serve.

Below, you will find the slide deck from the workshop for your reference. Also included is information on three mini-grants in the amount of $750 each, offered to support efforts that align with and help advance community health initiatives. Please note that organizations must have been represented at the workshop to be eligible to apply. We hope the slide deck serves as a helpful resource as you reflect on the discussion and continue this work in your own spaces.

We’d also love to see you at our next BRIGHT Coalition meeting, which will take place on March 3rd at 11:30 a.m. at the Barren River District Health Department. During this meeting, we’ll continue building on the momentum from the workshop and share updates, opportunities, and ways to stay involved.

If you’re new to BRIGHT, welcome! We’re excited to have you as part of this collaborative effort and look forward to working alongside you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or would like to learn more about getting involved.

Thank you again for your time, energy, and commitment. We hope to see you soon!

Workshop Lunch Sponsor

We would like to thank German American Bank for sponsoring our BRIGHT Workshop lunch and helping fuel us through the day. Their support helped make the workshop a success and allowed participants to stay energized while learning and collaborating.

Thank You!

We also want to give a special thank you to the Workshop Committee for all the work they did to make this day great. They spent months planning, organizing speakers and panelists, helping with registration, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Their hard work helped make the workshop a big success.

We are grateful to all of our sponsors and vendors who shared information about their community resources and helped make this workshop possible. It truly does take a village, and we appreciate each and every one of you!
