Our New Hot Tub Construction Has Begun
Several years ago, when our hot tub began leaking and our water bills began climbing, we were challenged with the   decision of what to do when repairs were no longer a   solution. We looked at three options for the hot tub: remove it, refurbish it or replace it with a completely new hot tub. Knowing that our members not only enjoy the hot tub, but benefit both physically and mentally from its use, the choice of removing the hot tub was quickly eliminated. We began exploring options: having an expensive refurbishment done, replacing the current hot tub with a similar shell (but how to fit it through our doors??), or having a new larger poured concrete hot tub installed. Though a new larger hot tub was almost $90,000, we decided that it was the most beneficial and best long-term solution for our members, and got busy raising funds for the project. Then the pandemic hit! But we continued with our fundraising and the new hot tub project began on March 29, 2021! This new larger hot tub project is made possible by the generous $20,000 grant from the Morgan E. Cline Foundation, very large donations from a donor who wishes to remain anonymous and donations from our members. The project is truly made possible by everyone donating to our Y because donations support our operations and everything we do at the Y. We can’t wait to have your new hot tub complete and operational.
Thank you for your patience during construction.
Rathbun Lake Area YMCA would like to extend a HUGE thank you to the following individuals and corporations who have generously given to support our mission to build health in spirit, mind, and body for all. With your support, we help youth realize their potential and people of all ages achieve health and wellness, as we strengthen community.
Annual Campaign 2021
The Y kicks off its Annual Campaign in April. The Y is known as a leading non profit committed to strengthening our community.
This year has provided exceptional circumstances that have impacted the entire globe. Our community is in need of our services more than ever before.
The pandemic has also made it difficult to raise the finds needed to support our programs and operations. We were not able to hold our annual spaghetti dinner and casino night fundraisers.
While we have faced the challenges head on to ensure that the needs of our community are met, we cannot do this without support from our community members.
We would be honored if you would consider a donation in support of our Annual Campaign to ensure that your Y is able to continue serving our community at full strength during this difficult time together. Donations are gratefully accepted by mail, in person or by monthly automatic payments.

Thank you for your consideration and commitment to our mission.
