“I’d love to help my students develop financial literacy, but I don’t know much about it, and I’m not sure it would fit in with our 21st CCLC program.” If this is your lament, our four-part webinar series is the perfect fix. Join Y4Y and experts in the field to learn how you can integrate financial literacy activities with students of all ages. You’ll learn strategies for identifying available resources and leveraging them to support the financial knowledge and well-being of the students and families in your community. The best part? You don’t have to be a math whiz or genius with money to do it.
A positive environment can be a true work of art. Fostering this culture is probably central to your 21
CCLC mission, but what are the systems you’ve put in place to ensure success? This four-part series provides the tools you need to paint smiles on the faces and warmth in the hearts of staff, family, partners and (most important) students.
This webinar focuses on the critical processes of identifying, recruiting, training and retaining staff. Hear from program leaders in the field about how they’ve successfully staffed their sites and how to use Y4Y resources to improve your human resources procedures.
Many families have new questions after their recent crash course in Teaching at Home 101: “Am I supposed to re-create the school schedule, or be flexible?” “What if my math and my English aren’t so good?” “What’s the secret to making this more fun and less stressful?” Be ready to help families find answers! You’ll learn to help families build a positive learning environment, navigate the new normal of virtual learning, reduce and manage stress in a home learning space, and prevent summer learning loss. Subject matter experts and 21
CCLC programs share timely tips and practical advice.
