Friends,

Imagine yourself sitting on an adirondack chair on a dock overlooking a lake or river in the middle of summer--pondering, contemplating with no agenda in mind. Summers are the time for extended vacations to the lake or someplace in nature that lend themselves to no thought because of the up close and personal beauty. As Americans--always on the go which is our lifestyle of choice--it behooves us to rest our wild minds, still our overactive bodies, and just be in the moment. Summertime allows us to rejuvenate, refresh, and reset. Wellness is also a lifestyle of choice and that comes from moderation in all things.
