AARP Tax Preparation
Mondays & Limited Thursdays
February 3—April 13th
Tax aides trained by the IRS are available to provide income tax counseling and preparations of returns for those with low and moderate incomes. This service is free and AARP membership is not required.
Appointments required. Contact the Senior Center to book an appointment and for a complete list of what you need to bring to the appointment.
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
Mondays from 9:00-10:00 am
This a seated class that incorporates dance movements aiming to improve overall energy, cores stability, muscular strength, range of motion, and motor skills while moving with the music.
Medical Waiver Required.

Join Lynda Brunette, social worker and court liaison from the Braintree Department of Children and Families
Presentation topics: services available to help manage adolescents struggling at home, in school and the community, how to file a CRA (Child Requiring Assistance). Please bring your questions and Lynda will do her best to answer them.

Six week course, you will learn to tune, use 8 basic cords and 2-3 songs. Cost is $46.00 per person and must supply own ukulele.

Low Vision & Sight Loss Support Group
Tuesday of the Month at 10:30 am – February 25th at 10:30
This is a peer led group that meets monthly with speakers and programs to encourage the exchange of coping skills and problem solving strategies associated with vision loss. We can help foster the confidence to maintain an independent lifestyle while combatting the loneliness and isolation that vision loss can bring.
