The Greyhounds need you
We are reaching out to our Hollydogs family, friends, supporters and sponsors.
December 1 is Giving Tuesday, a global day of compassion, kindness and unity.

2020 has been a challenging and uncertain year for all of us. It actually has been one of the most difficult years of our rescue.
We never stopped working, we never stopped caring and we never stopped helping greyhounds and other dogs in need that crossed our path during the pandemic.
Like everybody else, we are suffering the effects of these unusual times.
Donations had been greatly affected when we needed them the most.
We know we are all in this together, all of us are facing challenges.
We will immensely appreciate any donation you can afford. It all adds up.
Besides the ongoing expenses to house and care for the dogs, we have to replace the roof of our facility, a huge expense $25.000 to $35.000 depending on the estimates.

When you participate in the Giving Tuesday movement, you’re providing hope in times of uncertainty. Generosity can bring the whole world together.

Your support inspires us to continue working hard to help as many dogs in need as we possibly can.

Here is how you can help the Greyhounds.

1. GIVE. On December 1, go to and click DONATE.

2. FOLLOW. Please follow us on Facebook, and invite your friends to do the same.
We cannot wait to start getting together at the Greyhound Sanctuary. We miss our Open Houses, Picnics, Walks and specially seeing our happy adopted dogs and their families.

3. SPREAD THE WORD. Encourage your friends and family to join you in creating real impact on December 1 by sharing what our mission means to you and why you support our organization.

4. ADOPT. Go to and fill the adoption application. Greyhounds are amazing companions!
