The Port Jervis Community Development Agency is opening its Section 8 Waitlist.
Applications for the PJCDA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program Waitlist, also known as Section 8, will be available beginning Monday, January 18th, 2021 via download from the City’s website: www.portjervisny.org or at the Port Jervis Housing Authority at 39 Pennsylvania Ave.
To be eligible for consideration:
Completed applications must be submitted by U.S. mail and postmarked between January 19th and January 26th.
Postmarked applications ahead of the 19th or later than the 26th will not be accepted.
Applications delivered by drop-off, faxes, priority mail or courier services such as Fed Ex will not be accepted.
Application guidelines are listed in the advertised public notice and within the application.
